Park Hotel Ai Pini & Restaurant Ai Pini - Mestre

no reason to complain, i would go back in flash and would recommend it to everyone. the location is perfect - opposite a bus stop. staff are extremely friendly and don't miss their shuttle to the airport.

The view of the park in front of the hotel was incredibly beautiful and our room was well-appointed and air-conditioned.

Nice hotel in Mestre with good quality rooms. Good continental breakfast was available, we did eat at the restaurant in the evening once during our stay which was not a great success with quite slow service however the food when it did arrive was of a good standard. The hotel is approx 15/20 minutes from Venice which can be travelled to by bus or taxi (€ 35 for taxi).

We liked the surroundings, as the hotel is situated in a beautiful garden, and the calm and silence, which you can hardly find in hotels in Italy. Also the rooms were nice and pleasant, the bed was big enough -this is also hard to find:), wi-fi working, we were happy with our choice.

Actually onlly the breakfast was not what you expect for 4 stars hotel, but anyway it was ok, we didn't went there for breakfast:))

Perfectly clean and wonderful place, warm breakfast with a huge variety of options. Brand-new & a decent size room, with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. Outdoor bar in the hotel.

Clean, well decorated rooms. Very helpful staff. Gave us perfect directions to get to Venice. You can buy the tickets at front desk. Bus stop in front of hotel. Free parking. Nice restaurant and garden to relax after a day sightseeing. Kids enjoyed it too.

Bus trip takes about 30 mins to/from Venice. Don't get carried away with the jacuzzi bathtub... 25€/Day for bubbles.

Staff friendly and speak good English. Parking secure and Internet connection very good. Food selection excellent. Quite at night. Will stay there again.

A beautiful garden welcomes guests. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, with various Italian specialties. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice bottle of water provided on arrival. The bus station across the street made accessing Venice easy, but the frequent crowded rides were uncomfortable. A bit more attention to parking availability would enhance the experience, given the limited space.

The hotel is nicely set in its own grounds with convenient parking on-site. The bus service to Venice and back is quite straightforward and frequent, and the hotel reception can issue tickets valid for both the bus and vaporette.

We had booked a deluxe quadruple room described as "spacious, bright and modern" with a parquet floor. What we got was essentially a double room with two extra single beds fitted in, a rather dull carpet on the floor, and minimal amenities (e.g.disposible plastic cups instead of glasses), ie closer to 3 than 4 Stars in quality. Dinner was a bit of a joke, with one chef and two waiters struggling to serve some 50 diners, and turning other surprised residents away well before closing time. When our food came (after about an hour) it was fair enough, although we expected to see Basil Fawlty emerge at any time and clip the incresingly-harassed waiters around the ear!

This hotel is absolutely perfect for visiting Venice. We stayed for 3 nights for visiting Venice. Pretty grounds.The room was lovely, The staff are really friendly helpfull and just outside is the bus to Venice. The busses are crowded if you go in the rush hour but it all adds to the fun. When you get off the bus you can then take a boat to St Marks Square. the boat stop is under the bridge to the left. Take a no. 2 which is faster than a no.1 unless u want to visit all stops. The breakfast was ideal and as expected with a good choice. There is an excellent ice cream shop as you exit the hotel grounds to the right. Nothing to see in the area as really positioned for safe parking and visiting Venice.

I really enjoyed my stay with a spacious room and the best breakfast I've had during my travels! The sunny garden and cozy seating areas were perfect.

Convenient location for travelling to Venice as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Food selection at breakfast is rather limited for a 4 star hotel. Staff at breakfast room is rude, unhelpful and does not understand the needs of customers.
